Nancy Gregory holds a bachelor's degree in education from Brigham Young University. She served 24 years as school board trustee in the Valley and as president of Idaho School Boards Association. Additionally, she has served with a plethora of statewide education committees that include the Gifted & Talented Program, Special Services, Mental Health, Strategic Planning, Excellence in Education, and School Finance. 

Nancy and her husband, Paul, are the proud parents of six children and loving grandparents of 23 grandchildren.
